Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer and Team Lead to spearhead a dynamic development team working on groundbreaking digital identity solutions. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to a talented team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, open-source projects while driving innovation and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the development of robust software solutions using TypeScript, Kotlin Multi-Platform, React Native, and React.
- Architect and oversee implementations involving cutting-edge digital identity technologies such as W3C Verifiable Credentials and OpenID protocols.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
- Team Management:
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth project progression using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address technical challenges swiftly and efficiently.
- Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in TypeScript, React Native, and React.
- Experience with Kotlin Multi-Platform, Java, or digital identity technologies (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing teams.
