We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer and Team Lead to spearhead a dynamic development team working on groundbreaking digital identity solutions. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to a talented team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, open-source projects while driving innovation and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the development of robust software solutions using TypeScript, Kotlin Multi-Platform, React Native, and React.
• Architect and oversee implementations involving cutting-edge digital identity technologies such as W3C Verifiable Credentials and OpenID protocols.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
• Team Management:
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth project progression using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address technical challenges swiftly and efficiently.
• Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React Native, and React.
• Experience with Kotlin Multi-Platform, Java, or digital identity technologies (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for mentoring and developing teams.
