Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with excellent English communication skills and over 6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing applications with Python, specifically using Flask and FastAPI, as well as a solid understanding of ERP software development. A strong plus will be experience in working with LLM integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong expertise with Flask and FastAPI frameworks.
• Experience working on ERP software or similar large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience integrating or working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiarity with RAG is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
