📍 Location: Remote (Portugal)

We're looking for a proactive Onboarding Assistant to help with our onboarding processes in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze guest reviews to identify issues and create actionable tasks for the ground team.
• Send review templates to guests to maintain engagement.
• Review onboarding requests and listings, following the Onboarding Team's instructions to improve the backlog.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills: Responsibility, focus, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, excellent written communication skills in English.
