CJR Renewables is a global service provider, offering full EPC/BoP/BoS solutions in the renewable energy sector, operating across all project implementation processes.

As the HR Specialist in CJR Renewables you will pay the expert role operating the daily HR responsibilities which encompasses HR Administration, Talent Acquisition and onboarding.

We are a small team, which gives each of us the opportunity to gain experience in every area of HR, including payroll. Therefore, we are looking for someone open to new opportunities, energetic, and eager to grow in a fairly dynamic and international environment.

Basic Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in HR administration role
• HR education background
• Experience in independent preparation of employee`s documentation: contract of employments, decisions, amendments, etc.
• Very good knowledge of labor law regulations, especially: hiring procedure, HSE obligatory matters, working schedules
• Experience in Employee Relations, including grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to establish strong working relationships with internal customers; demonstrated ability to collaborate with other departments
• English and Romanian fluency in verbal and written communication is a must
• PC functionality including general business software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in construction field
• Experience and knowledge of hiring foreigners from EU and other countries
• Experience in SAP (Success Factor)
• Knowledge of Spanish language (communicative level)
