Senior Scrum Master

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate the Scrum framework with respect to ceremonies, artifacts, and roles
  • Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum values and practices, by coaching the Scrum team on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Ensure the Scrum team’s goals are understood by every member
  • Lead the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the Scrum team; Help the PO manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope
  • Collect and analyse Agile metrics, with a focus on improvement. Identify ways to increase effectiveness
  • Maintain clear and consistent channels of communication with managers, teams, and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.


Must have technical / professional qualifications and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in project management and/or Scrum
  • Agile delivery knowledge
  • Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience preferred
  • Scrum certifications are a plus, eg Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I)
  • Kanban and/or ScrumBan experience is a plus
  • B2 Upper intermediate English skills
