Job Title: Senior SRE
Location: The Hague, NL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing operational IT processes according to ITIL.
- Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Ansible.
- Managing container technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines with Git and GitLab CI.
- Ensuring the security of (private) cloud environments.
- Providing mentoring and support to team members within the SRE chapter.
- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
- Continuously improving processes and systems through automation and DevOps principles.
- Documenting work and actively transferring knowledge to colleagues to ensure continuity and collaboration.
Requirements: IaC (Ansible), Kafka, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Git, GitLab CI, Linux, deep understanding of security in (private) cloud development, ITIL, SAFe, Agile.
Additional Preferences: Experience with backend development in (private) cloud environments, HashiCorp Vault, Rancher (Suse implementation of Kubernetes).
Soft Skills: Hands-on mentality, team player, communicative, collaborative, environmentally aware, knowledge sharing, results oriented.
