Project Manager -Intelligent Transportation Systems

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ITS Project Manager. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering project tasks on time and within budget while ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute ITS, and Security projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Carrying out standard, complex, and integrated hardware and software modifications and upgrades.
• Able to configure, Test & Commission the ITS devices.
• Customize and configure devices components using man machine language.
• Able to prepare Material Submittals & System Design Document.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Oversee the design, installation, and integration of IoT, ITS, and Security systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage procurement of equipment and materials for project implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Support post-project activities, including system testing, training, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer/Telecom engineering or a related field.
• Must have experience in Intelligent Transportation system (ITS) and security Systems.

Should be Expert in all ITS and security systems, including Enforcement devices, CCTV cameras, ANPR, Radars, Machine Learning, AI Cameras, Intelligent sensors etc....

• 10+ years’ experience in managing/implementing IoT, ITS, and Security projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of standards and best practices in IoT, ITS, and Security systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Skills & Knowledge

• Electronics Circuits analysis and PCB Designing.
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
• Control and Embedded systems design with micro-processors, microcontrollers and RTOS such as PIC, AVR, Raspberry Pi and OpenWRT.
• Programming Languages: C#, C++, Micro C, Python PHP.
• Web Services Related: Microsoft .Net - WCF; REST and SOAP.
• RDBMS Related: SQL Server, MySQL.
• IDE: Eclipse, Android Studio, X-Code, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Code and PyCharm.
• Computer Vision: OpenCV, TensorFlow, OpenGL.
• Serial Protocols: UART, USART and USB. (RS232, RS422, CAN BUS, SPI and I2C)
• Networking: TCP/IP, UDP, LAN/WAN.
• Testing Tool: ReadyAPI.
