Job Description: Booking Product Manager at NeoPass ( NEO is our Client)

Position Overview: NeoPass is an innovative platform redefining luxury travel with seamless integration of services including flights, hotels, experiences, car rentals, vacation home rentals, cruises, On-Demand Security Services, and The Butler Group Services. We are seeking a Booking Product Manager to oversee and optimize the global integration and management of these services. This role is key to ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality member experiences, and seamless collaboration with third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Management

• Service Integration:
• Develop and oversee end-to-end workflows for all booking categories, prioritizing flights and hotels as core offerings.
• Incorporate secondary services like On-Demand Security and The Butler Group into the booking platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with NeoPass’s service standards.
• Service Differentiation:
• Standard Market Options: Available to free members with market rates and flexible payment methods (crypto and traditional).
• Exclusive Membership Options: Discounted premium services (e.g., up to 30% off) for paid-tier members.

2. Global Provider Coordination

• Act as the central liaison with third-party providers, ensuring real-time data integration, transparent communication, and compliance with global standards.
• Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational workflows with providers across all regions.
• Ensure all provider partnerships deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience.

3. Financial and Cash Flow Oversight

• Design and implement global financial workflows for bookings, including:
• Member payments (crypto and traditional currencies).
• Revenue tracking and payouts to third-party providers.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure operational efficiency and profitability across all service categories.

4. Platform Optimization and Member Experience

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of third-party services into NeoPass’s platform.
• Collaborate with the AI concierge system (NEO) to provide members with personalized, streamlined booking experiences.
• Continuously test and optimize workflows to maintain reliability, speed, and ease of use.

5. Strategic Development

• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance service offerings in alignment with global travel trends.
• Develop strategies to maintain NeoPass’s competitive edge in the luxury travel sector, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds member expectations.
• Support the company’s loyalty initiatives, including the blockchain-powered "Share Your Benefits" program and NeoMiles rewards system.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years in product or operations management within the travel, hospitality, or luxury services industries.
• Global Perspective: Experience working with international service providers and understanding of global travel markets.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with booking platforms, API integrations, and third-party service management.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of cash flow management and payment systems (experience with cryptocurrency is a plus).
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury travel or services.
• Experience with platforms supporting loyalty programs and cryptocurrency payments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple global stakeholders and coordinate across time zones.
