Business Excellence & Analyst Specialist, Monitoring Systems

Job Description

Focuses on Funnel Management, Prepare & Consolidate Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts, Provide Analytical Data Reports, and Drive Sales & Operational Performance Initiatives.

Your role:

• Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity
• Manage Salesforce funnel, ensure data accuracy/hygiene is maintained, effectively enrich and grow business funnel
• Develops, tracks and monitors key performance indicators, and evaluates performance on monthly basis
• Aggregate and analyze funnel, sales data and trends and provide reports in timely manner
• Coordinate, prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly business forecasts
• Focus on sales productivity and goal attainment
• Effectively incorporates customers delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives thru applying LEAN
  
  

You are the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant majors
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business and sales analyst, sales support roles preferably in Medical Device Industry
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Advanced usage of Excell with strong reporting skills Strong experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
