IT Presales Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an IT Presales Engineer to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pre-sales technical support, designing tailored cybersecurity and network security solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase our solutions.
• Develop and deliver proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track and report pre-sales performance metrics (lead conversion, demo-to-win ratio, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Pre-Sales Engineer, Post-Sales Engineer, or Solution Architect) within cybersecurity/network security.
• Expertise in cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, DLP, IAM, SOC/NOC, and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3 are highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
