Post-Sales Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Post-Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sale technical support, implementing cybersecurity and network security solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery, resolving technical challenges, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and commissioning of cybersecurity and network security solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth go-live processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and use case presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track and report project progress and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical role (Post-Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Support) within cybersecurity/network security.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, DLP, IAM, SOC/NOC, and ISO27001.
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, GSEC, CEH, Security+, or ITILv3 are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
