We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NOC Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our services.
📍 Location: Changi business park, Singapore
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: NOC Engineer
NOC Engineer L1(budget 1800) Proficiency in monitoring and managing network systems, servers, and infrastructure.
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management."
Must have Talent / Skills
"High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
