UX/UI Designer

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a full-time, hybrid, position. This role is working with a manufacturing company in the Lisle, IL area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions
• Support UX Research initiatives as required
• Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development
• Validate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods
• Track UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
  
  

OR

• Master's degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
  
  

OR

• 8+ years of digital product design experience
• 1+ year of lead experience
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with agile product teams to deliver impactful digital experiences
• In-depth understanding of modern design principles and user research methodologies
• Ability to lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to high-fidelity deliverables, including wireframes, complex user flows, and prototypes
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable components
• Expert level proficiency in modern design and research tools like Figma, Mural, Maze or similar
  
  

Compensation: $60-70/hr W2
