Job Title: Information Technology Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Information Technology Senior Manager with a minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership specializing in tax systems, e-invoicing platforms, and digital transformation to lead and oversee all aspects of the organization's IT operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex IT infrastructures, implementing and supporting critical business applications, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership:

• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Conduct thorough IT assessments, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish clear goals and objectives for the IT department.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Influences the entire organization’s technology roadmap and IT governance.

Tax and System Expertise:

• Deep understanding of tax regulations, procedures, and systems, including experience with tax compliance, tax audits, and tax reporting.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing tax-related IT systems, such as tax accounting software, tax filing systems, and e-invoicing platforms.
• Ability to advise on tax-related IT compliance and risk mitigation strategies.

E-Invoicing Leadership:

• Lead the development and implementation of e-invoicing systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the integration of e-invoicing systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and accounting/tax software.
• Monitor and analyze e-invoicing data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance compliance.

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Plan, design, and implement robust and secure IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud computing environments.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and applications.
• Manage IT budgets effectively, optimizing costs and maximizing return on investment.

Application Development and Support:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications, including custom-built applications and third-party software.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and maximizing user satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented IT professionals.

Risk Management and Security:

• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT assets and data from cyber threats.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute IT projects effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
3. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on tax authority and tax system experience.
4. Proven experience in implementing and managing e-invoicing systems.
5. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
6. Strong project management skills and experience in delivering complex IT projects.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Fluency in English language, Arabic Language is advantageous
