As a Product/Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of our product development process, transforming data into actionable insights to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Your expertise will guide the evaluation of product features, highlight opportunities for optimization, and shape strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction.

Our mission is to help people overcome loneliness and boredom by creating a space for real-time interaction and positive emotions. With high-quality video streaming, 24/7 live events, and seamless online chats, we ensure a top-notch user experience without any ads. Our team is growing, with exciting opportunities to influence the product and tackle complex challenges, including AI integration and data-driven tasks. In this role, you will

• Identify data patterns and dependencies between metrics to uncover actionable insights
• Provide analytical support to product and marketing teams, enabling data-driven decisions
• Create reports and analyze key product metrics, such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, and a-ha moment
• Research and evaluate A/B test results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Automate reporting processes and develop dashboards tailored to different stakeholders
• Monitor key metrics and investigate deviations from expected values
  
  
  

It’s All About You

• 2+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst
• Full proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, Qlik)
• Strong understanding of key product metrics, including experience building funnels and deriving insights from them
• Knowledge of statistical fundamentals and experimental design, including statistical and regression methods
• Hands-on experience with A/B and Multivariate testing techniques
• Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions for complex product tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, and use-case evaluations
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Experience in creating predictive models and segmentation strategies
