Skills

• SQL – data management/analysis
• HL7 V2 Experience (Preferably HL7 Certified)
• Experience with FHIR
• UNIX scripting skills
• Interface (Clinical Rules) development
• Familiarity with XSLT, XML, JSON
• Analytical skill set – ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve Data issues
• Data Mapping and DTL skills
• Data Quality engineering (QA)

Responsibilities

• Monitoring data flows in prod through a mixture of alerts, reports and queries to catch DQ issues in production.
• Triage the DQ issues caught by prod monitoring as well as SN DQ tickets and identify remediations by working with the submitter
• Work with the submitter and vendor relationship owners to get the issues resolved. Follow through to get the resolutions resolved fully
• Manage Vendor release impacts with ECDP, coordinate with product to ensure Vendor releases do not break data processing in ECDP
• Manage and set expectations with Business counterparts who submits SN tickets for data issue as well as communicate timely till issues gets resolved.
• Monitor Data ingestion to ensure data is not falling out, work with engineering and product to address platform issues that impact data ingestion and processing
• Work on data mapping and custom data transformation through Drool rule configurations for submitter onboarding
• QA to ensure data meets DQ thresholds during submitter onboarding. Work with submitters to address DQ issues before moving submitters to production
• Mange submitter onboarding deployments
• Work with engineering on platform issues impacting submitter onboarding
