About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Frontend Developer to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in shaping our front-end strategy. This is an opportunity for someone with deep expertise in React (and bonus Java!), particularly those with a keen interest in pushing the boundaries of the language and exploring unconventional, esoteric approaches. If you're a Fullstack specialist with at least 8 years of experience, eager to learn and grow, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

The assignment duration is up till 6months with 4 days of on-site work arrangement based in Adelaide required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and influence front-end development strategy with a focus on cutting-edge React and JavaScript practices.
• Boost the team's capability by setting technical direction and driving innovation.
• Mentor and train junior developers while adopting a continuous learning mindset.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Navigate the learning curve and adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in fullstack: A deep understanding of JavaScript with at least 8 years of commercial experience in React, alongside Nodejs will be great. Bonus point if you have any experience with Java & Spring boot! Ability to advise on stack configuration/technical architecture will be desired.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to influence and drive front-end strategy, especially with an unconventional or esoteric approach.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong ability to mentor, lead, and inspire other developers.
• Adaptable: Willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as part of a fast-paced team.

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
