Woods & Co is thrilled to partner with an innovative organisation seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support their growing team.


This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people and workplace culture, looking to step into a dynamic HR function. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR administration.

What do you do?

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job ads, application screening, and background checks
  • Oversee onboarding activities, including employment offers, inductions, and compliance training
  • Assist with learning and development programs, including leadership training and compliance modules
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide general HR administrative support and respond to staff queries


What do you need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed.
  • Current CPR, Police Records Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
