Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to play a key role in a fast-moving, innovative start-up. As a Product Manager, you will drive the execution of product strategy, working with cross-functional teams to turn visionary concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • This position offers significant autonomy and ownership, allowing you to shape the role and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of projects and grants, including tracking funding milestones, reporting, and preparing applications.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to convert innovative ideas into practical, executable plans.
  • Manage and coordinate integrations with external technology providers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, facilitating long-term collaboration.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams, end-users, and business functions to refine product requirements and resolve challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects or technical products in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to balance operational needs with innovative product solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for preparing reports and proposals.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable in rapidly changing environments, and capable of creating structure when necessary.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders and fostering alignment across multiple teams.
