Associate Project Manager

What will you do?

As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects while gaining hands-on experience in project management. Working under the guidance of experienced project managers, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a learning role, providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into greater responsibilities over time.

Scope of work:

• Assist with project status reporting for all stakeholders.
• Act as a secondary point of contact during a ServiceNow implementation, supporting the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Help identify opportunities for additional value to the customer and share these with the project team.
• Support in coordinating project meetings, including kick-off meetings and regular updates.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of the project team and subcontracted partners.
• Ensure project documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Shadow and learn from experienced team members to develop project management methodologies and principles.
• Help resolve minor issues during the implementation cycle and escalate larger challenges as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or 0-2 experience in project management.
• Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in assisting or supporting projects within IT or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with project management principles (experience managing smaller-scale projects is a plus).
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in ServiceNow, ITIL, or Prince2 methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Scrum, PMI, or PMP frameworks (certifications are advantageous).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly in meetings or written formats (experience with tools like Word and PowerPoint is a plus).
• Interest in working on global projects and collaborating with diverse teams across different locations.
