We're looking for a Project Manager Smartstop (Charging Squares) to contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

As a Project Manager, you're responsible for serving as a technical resource and ensuring the proficiency of certified installers in Smappee's solutions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Additionally, you will foster relationships with installers, support the sales team in aligning technical solutions with customer needs, and showcase the value of Smappee's products to potential customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multi-threaded projects focused on the installation and operation of public charging squares in various public locations. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of Smappee's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-threaded projects focused on the installation and operation of public charging squares in various public locations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• Own the aftercare process, marketing and maintenance of "live" charging squares.
• Conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of (technical) issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams, and assisting with complex installations & integrations as needed.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate strong relationships with different key stakeholders and partners.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for public charging squares.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Smappee's products, features, and compatibility with various systems.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in Bachelor's degree and experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn, including the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve (technical) issues effectively.
• Familiarity with energy monitoring, smart home devices, or renewable energy technologies is a plus.
