Circu Li-ion is driving the green revolution by prolonging the lifespan of individual battery cells through our cutting-edge automated battery disassembly lines. Our systems disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. Our mission is to bring cost of re-using material down and enable true urban mining with robotics and smart software. The cheaper disassembly is, the closer we get to a real circular economy.

YOUR ROLE

You will be an integral part of the Strategy team to help build Circu Li-ion’s Operations and Strategy. Working closely with the Business teams, you demonstrate a real willingness to support teams with any operational tasks as needed to respond to business requirements. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of responsibility is, not limited to, detailed below:

• Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact operations and get your hands dirty (e.g. close R&D battery partnerships, develop offtake partnerships, sell battery components)
• Set up scalable processes that help improving efficiency (e.g. automating battery material sales)
• Execute data analyses and build business cases for future Circu Li-ion products and help shape company strategy
• Drive 0-1 projects and test new business ideas in a pragmatic and rapid fashion

• From late Bachelor to Master, in Business, Engineering or others
• First practical experience in Consulting, IB, or high-growth start-ups
• Future founder mentality: Hands on and proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks
• Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment

• Steepest learning curve possible by joining a VC-backed startup, incl. access to the management team
• Learn from experienced commercial operators (ex. McKinsey, Microsoft, Bain)
