Innovation Project Lead

It often means supporting clients' growth by designing custom solutions to enable their transformational change initiatives across sectors. We host innovation sprints, manage internal incubators and accelerator programmes, scout startups across the globe and facilitate pilot project development and launch.

As an Innovation Lead at Helve, you will dive into understanding organisations' current market challenges and help address them by putting the right methodology to good use.

Salary range: 2300-2700 gross (depending on experience)

• Setting goals with clients: You'll work hand-in-hand with clients, delving into their unique challenges to co-create clear, actionable project goals that align with their strategic vision and growth ambitions.
• Crafting detailed plans and timelines: You’ll take ownership of crafting tailored project plans, breaking down complex innovation initiatives into manageable milestones and setting realistic deadlines that ensure steady progress.
• Resource allocation and adaptation: You’ll ensure that every project has the right mix of talent, tools, and budget. As projects evolve, you'll stay agile, reallocating resources to meet changing needs without losing momentum.
• Monitoring progress and mitigating risks: By keeping a close eye on both the big picture and the details, you’ll track progress while proactively identifying risks, ensuring that projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Transparent stakeholder communication: You’ll keep all stakeholders in the loop, providing them with timely updates and fostering a culture of trust through open, transparent communication.
• Leading innovation workshops: You’ll lead high-impact workshops and calls, where clients, teams, and partners come together to tackle problems, brainstorm solutions, and unlock creative ideas.
• Seamless project closure: At the end of each project, you’ll ensure a smooth and organized wrap-up, conducting final reviews, extracting lessons learned, and ensuring all documentation is properly archived for future reference.

• Curious, independent, with an open and positive mindset, ready to show initiative
• Flexible and comfortable with working in a fast-paced industry, interest in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship
• At least 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, operational or analyst role
• 3+ years of experience in leading project teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with startups, technologies and corporate innovation is preferable and considered an advantage
• Experience in design thinking principles, agile/lean, research and other methods is considered an advantage
