Project Manager

Hi guys! We are expanding our team and invite you to become part of it.

Now we are looking for Project Manager who will join our team in Riga. 🇱🇻 

The mandatory requirement is working from the office. 🏢 

We expect:

- 3 years of experience in a project manager role;

- Experience leading the technical/engineering teams;

- Good technical knowledge and understanding of web apps;

- Experience or understanding of HTML, Figma, dev tools;

- Experience in planning, arranging and prioritizing tasks (Jira, Kanban);

- Experience in full-stack or web development projects (previous experience with platforms or products will be considered as an advantage);

- B2+ speaking/writing level of English;

- Experience in the iGaming industry.

Your main tasks will be:

- Lead the process of project development;

- Coordinate of the company's products delivery related activities with all involved internal departments;

- Communications with partners and the external teams on project scopes and objectives;

- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;

- Implement and manage project changes and its versions to achieve project outputs;

- If necessary, to prepare the how to of products, procedures and guides for internal and external use;

- Participation in estimation process of man-hours required for a project or change requests;

- Quality management of the delivered products.
