Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full accounting cycle, including payroll calculations, preparation and submission of financial and tax reports

• Expense claim accounting document processing, data entering, balance controlling

• Prepare business trip accounting and monthly closing procedures

• Process and record bank and card payments

• Prepare reports for the management of the international group

• Assistance in audits, providing all necessary documents and information to auditors

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in the field

• Knowledge of financial, accounting, budgetary and cost control principles

• Knowledge of accounting, tax and labor legislation of the Republic of Latvia

• Professional education in accounting, finance, or another relevant field

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Data analysis skills with ability to produce reports

• Good computer skills

• Accuracy, teamwork and ability to work independently
