Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Position overview

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer (Team: Line Optimizer Design) with expertise in frontend and backend development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge web application for the pharmaceutical industry while expanding your backend capabilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performance web application, using modern frameworks, including JavaScript (frontend) and Java 21 (backend).
• Build scalable backend systems, including designing APIs and optimizing database performance.
• Implement user-friendly development practices for a web application in collaboration with product team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team including backend and frontend developers, QA engineer, UI/UX designer, and product owner to implement a secure and scalable solution.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and consistency across the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in software development, and actively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g. Vue.js is a plus).
• Proficiency in Java 21 and experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL is an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical guidelines such as GAMP5 is an advantage.
