Human Resources Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Specialist to oversee the daily operations of Human Resources. Additionally, this position plays a global role within an international company with a presence in both Portugal and Austria, contributing to Human Resources Management across these different locations.

• Recruiting & Employer Branding: Source, recruit and manage talent to meet company needs;
• Employee Journey: From Onboarding to Off boarding, as well as support the Human Resources Manager with engagement initiatives, including Employee Surveys;
• Compensation & Benefits: Support the internal salary review process, definition and management of company benefits for alignment of content and negotiation;
• Planning & Reporting: Support headcount planning and forecasting;
• HR Communication, Office Management & Events: Support the area of ​HR communication, office management and event organization;H
• R Development & Strategy: Monitor the processes of performance evaluation, job and skills description, career plans and training;H
• R KPI´s: Monitor the applicability of Human Resources Policies and Procedures and ensure the calculation of Human Resources KPI´s;L
• egal Requirements & HR Administrative Tasks: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and administrative management of Human Resources, namely, salary processing, employment contracts and official and statistical maps;H
• R Support: Support managers and employees in all matters related to Human Resources Management.R

• xperience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role;E
• ducation: University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other Social Sciences;L
• anguages: Fluency in German and English is mandatory;S
• kills: Strong understanding and experience working with multiple HR disciplines. Knowledge of HR Processes and IT Systems. People oriented, team player, excellent communication, flexible and agile. Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are valued.W
