Head of Software Development Team (m/f)

As the Head of Software Development Team, you will work in a dynamic technology environment where you will be part of a fast-growing international team. You will lead a team for developing supporting software as part of the Symbiot platform in connection with the development of smart meters.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, plan, organize, coordinate and improve the work of the department.
• Participate in the design of system solutions and the implementation of functional prototypes.
• Participate in the upgrade and maintenance of solution architecture and development technologies.
• Collaborate with the leaders of other areas in unifying the solutions and approaches.
• Introduce new assemblies or procedures into the department's development activities.
• Stay current with the new developments in the market and on the side of competitors and propose the introduction of new developments into own production.
• Ensure professional, high-quality, efficient and time-compliant work of the department.
• In special cases: manages tasks to address Q-cases and change requests.

You will enrich our team with:

• A completed university degree in natural sciences (level VII).
• At least 5 years’ experience at a similar workplace.
• Experience in managing a development team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio).
• Knowledge of C# programming language and experience in developing solutions with Windows .NET framework.
• Active English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proactivity, ability to manage change and excellent communication skills.
