The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers, to deliver projects successfully.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and processes to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized engineering solutions.

The Project Engineering Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project Engineering
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.
• Technical expertise in machinery design, automation systems, or industrial processes.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
