As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our organization. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Championing employee’s interests and foster a positive organizational culture by driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, line managers, and team leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and provide coaching on employee relations issues.
- Oversee HR processes, including talent development, succession planning, performance management, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that promote high-performing teams.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management with strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Proven experience managing employee relations and navigating HR regulations and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and experience in production environments, focusing on operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
