Sr Project Manager Procurement C&P

What is the role about?

• End-to-end responsibility for all procurement activities for entire spend related to the respective complex capital project/program
• Contract Management, Manage claims and change orders within the assigned project and manage expediting activities
• Guide and advice for the project team on Contracts & Procurement matters
• Manage processes, consolidate the inputs from different stakeholders dedicated to the respective project in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet the business requirements
• Show max. flexibility to lever all existing and upcoming significant changes and displacements for the respective project
• Link Procurement and project team to ensure information flow

Responsibilities:

• Administration of EPC and complex EPCm packages and/or projects (Reimbursable, LS, LSTK etc.)
• Utilization and correct application of existing IPMA-, CEFA, OE and PMC contracts for major capital projects
• Accountability for timely triggering of work packages within assigned EPC or complex EPCm contracts.
• Expediting Management (desk expediting, delivery time + planning and timely triggering of inspections at the Contractors site resulting from related project PSP.
• Management of big/complex Claims & Change Requests as well as all procurement related closeout activities.
• Quantity Survey Management
• Execution of periodical Supplier Performance Management
• Governance on major capital project level
• Establish spend transparency and perform operating and cost model analysis.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree: Business, Engineer, Legal, Project Management
• Relevant professional experience: > 12 years
• Functional Procurement knowledge
• Relevant technological understanding (Oil&Gas) and experience of the key suppliers market
• Deep experience in Project Management/Contract management/Claim Management
• Experience in managing cross-functional intercultural teams without having (direct) reporting line relationship
• State of the art IT skills, including SAP, MS Office, Procurement applications, etc.
• Language: English is a must, Romanian is an advantage
• Disponbility to travel
