Group Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Product Manager to lead and inspire our product teams. As a Group Product Manager, you will take on a hybrid role—part individual contributor and part people manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven product management experience who is also passionate about coaching and developing product talent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead as the Product Manager for one core product team, driving the full product lifecycle from idea generation to product launch.
• Manage a small group of Product Managers and non-engineering roles (e.g., product designers), focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and continuous coaching to ensure they reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
• Implement product best practices, lifecycle management, and a strong product mindset within the organization, connecting the work of various teams for unified execution.
• Foster a strong culture of innovation, rapid testing, and learning, ensuring teams embrace continuous improvement and true collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Define the roles and responsibilities within product teams and manage the performance of other non-engineering product roles.
• Work closely with key executives, including the CEO and CTO, to ensure product alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements:

• A successful track record as a Lead Product Manager, with experience managing product teams and overseeing product development processes as well as other Product Managers or Owners.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• The ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with business objectives and inspires teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving product execution, from concept to delivery, with a focus on getting high-quality products into the hands of customers.
• Experience fostering a product-centric culture that emphasizes rapid learning, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
• A strong technical background, combined with a deep understanding of market dynamics, business economics, and customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure product success and strategic alignment.

• Salary range: 5360 – 8040 eur gross
