The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom and effective Game Monetization Strategy, aligning it with the Game economy
• Planning seasonal campaigns and sales to boost our Game revenue
• Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs
• Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization
• Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners and recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
• Continually test, innovate and iterate on-going programs
• Coordinate with designers and creative team to execute monthly events and promotions across all of our game platforms
• Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
  
  

Requirements

• Proven analytical competencies
• Advanced expertise and experience in working with A/B testing in monetization
• Advanced expertise and experience in automating data workflows using macros and formulas or other tools
• Proven experience in audience segmentation
• Strong communication skills
• Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects
• Interest in mobile games
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• Proficiency in English is mandatory

Gross salary 6,800 - 8,000 EUR/month. We are open to discuss a salary based on your competencies and skills.
