Who You'll Work With
You will work in the Stockholm office as part of the Europe Learning team. The team is responsible for office and regional Learning.
Reporting into one of the regional Learning Managers, you will work closely with your counterparts in the broader Europe Learning team plus the wider Learning community.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Onboarding and cohort specific programming in the Nordics' office including but not limited to pre-planning, participant & faculty management, onsite or virtual delivery, budget management, post program feedback & system updates.
You will contribute to or lead regional projects, and you will provide swing capacity across the region when required. You will foster professional development and growth for yourself and others through peer coaching/mentoring and knowledge sharing, expanding our knowledge, reputation, and capabilities. You will also deepen your expertise in learning and development and innovative ways to engage learners for maximum impact.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Learning Administrator or in a similar role, ideally in an international business administration environment
- Highly skilled in planning and delivering high-impact learning both in-person and virtually
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with learners, peers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work full-time
- Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in Swedish would be considered an advantage
