What we expect ?

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Centered Computing or Engineering, Fine Arts or Graphic / Communication Design with emphasis on UX Design or equivalent qualification,
• Min 3 years of experience working on all aspects of the UX process (Human centered analysis, UX design, Conceptual Design, Usability Testing, Prototyping),
• Proven ability creating design solutions within an iterative design process – Detailed online portfolio,
• Deep knowledge of modern UX/UI patterns, principles, latest trends and best practices,
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools ( Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Proto, Marvel, and Invision),
• Understanding of Front end development technologies,
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process,
• Experience in designing web, mobile and/or desktop applications,
• Understanding of visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction,
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively,
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

What Does the Expert UX Designer Role Do at Turkcell?

• Translating complex product challenges and abstract ideas into tangible UX deliverables,
• Collaborate and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers to create useful and engaging experiences,
• Work with Technical Product Managers and Business Units to gather requirements, create personas, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes,
• Lead projects end-to-end through the whole UX lifecycle (via customer needs, task analysis, personas, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, GUI sketches, mockups, etc.),
• Work with Front end and app developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation,
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting your deadlines,
• Researching , benchmarking sharing industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences.
