Human Resources Assistant Manager

We are looking for a "Human Resources Assistant Manager" to contribute to our company's growth journey.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs of universities,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the production/manufacturing sector, in recruitment and talent management processes,
• Experience in team management and leadership competencies,
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive,
• High planning and organizational skills,
• Strong internal motivation and communication skills,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Living or willing to move in the Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli areas.

Job Description:

• Identifying the talent most suitable for the company culture and placing them in the most appropriate position,
• Supporting all projects within the scope of performance, talent, and career management and developing new projects,
• Providing implementation support for employee engagement and motivation activities,
• Creating and strengthening a candidate pool from various sources,
• Actively participating in orientation and training processes,
• Managing promotion and assignment processes,
• Reporting the results of all recruitment activities to identify development areas,
• Conducting exit interviews and managing disciplinary processes,
• Reporting the outputs of the processes within the area of responsibility.
