We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to resolve ERP system-related issues and play a key part in designing, developing, and configuring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to meet business and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve ERP program-based challenges.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA systems tailored to specific business processes and application needs.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for RPA and ERP-related processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Identify and assess new process automation opportunities, providing accurate feasibility analyses and estimates.
• Manage multiple client engagements, balancing competing priorities to ensure timely and successful implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for day-to-day operational issues related to RPA processes, ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A passion for learning and adapting in a continuously evolving environment.
• Demonstrated innovative, analytical, and structured thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with RPA, programming principles, and development skills in object-oriented languages such as Python, C#, or VB .NET is advantageous.
• Understanding of HTML and experience with SQL is a plus.
