Project Executive

Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, and Azerbaijan. Assan Panel is moving forward to become a global player in the sector. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales of 8,500,000 m2 of output.

We are looking for a Project Executive to join our contracting team in our project in Tuzla within our group company AFG Çelik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related departments of universities,
• 10 years of experience in national and international EPCM contracting projects,
• Knowledge for construction project management, tender and proposal preparation, international regulations and specifications,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, MS Project and Primavera usage,
• No restrictions to live or travel abroad.
• Fluent in English.

Job Description

• Prepare proposal estimates using a combination of quantities of technical specifications, cost studies, current production rates and similar proposals,
• Determine all requirements necessary to prepare bid estimates and submittals as determined by the immediate supervisor, schedule and attend field meetings with customers during the offer phase,
• Prepare and issue request for proposals to subcontractors or suppliers,
• Conduct an initial evaluation of the proposals received to determine the size and scope of the project. Obtaining any additional information requested from the client. Complete the necessary analyses including SOW, estimated project size plus risks and opportunities,
• Preparation of the proposed methodology (in co-operation with the Manager and Operations), the proposed construction programme and the procurement and preparation of all documents required for the submission of the proposal,
• Determine the status of the tender, keep tender records and tender descriptions, follow up the tender offer,
• Prepare and issue review documents for project committee meetings,
• Attend meeting with clients, including preparation of handover documents and job folder,
• To coordinate and ensure timely preparation and sharing of information required for project follow-up, reporting and month close processes.
