What You’ll Do

• Set goals and leads strategic divison projects and programs to meet their goals
• Define (sub)projects - defines how program structure is split to smaller entities
• Sets project level objectives for project team members - define objectives that will be common to project team
• Communicates with in & outside project team and with Eaton top leadership
• Reports project status regularly - reports status in project status meeting (MV_PD level)
• Prepares for project milestones - make detailed plan and allocates this to team members
• Developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks.
• Providing guidance and support to project managers and teams.
• Monitoring project performance, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Supporting project portfolio management and prioritization activities.
• Assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
• The ability to manage change and lead cross business projects
• Having extensive knowledge of Manufacturing- and Quality processes and Experienced in Operations Excellence techniques and methodologies
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree from engineering departments
• 10+ years of experience in project management. Preferably on manufacturing or facilities related areas.

• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
