Project Engineer – EPC Oil & Gas Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Project Engineer with over 15 years of experience in EPC oil and gas projects. This role involves leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all engineering, procurement, and construction activities align with client requirements, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EPC projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to HSE regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 15+ years of experience in EPC oil and gas projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale oil and gas projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE standards.
• Expertise in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
