Job Description: -

• Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs like OpenAI API (GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4o, etc.) and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
• Using the Azure Cloud, develop and integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms.
• Follow MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Digital teams, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.
• Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Critical Skills to Possess:

• 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 x years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions, including 2 x years developing AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
• Hands-on withVector DB & Graph DB (AI Search, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search.
• Must know AI/ML concepts and have hands-on experience with Langchain, LangGraph, and Haystack.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Spark and potentially others (e.g., JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience in designing and implementing pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems (including ADF, Databricks, Azure Functions, AI Document Intelligence, AI Search, AI Studio, App service, Bot Framework, Azure Cache for Redis, etc.)
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.
• Direct engineering experience in high-performance, large-scale ML systems.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data processing methods.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
