Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a HR Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: As our next HR Onboarding Coordinator (m/f/d), your mission will be to organise, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires into our company, helping them into their new roles and ensure them a seamless onboarding. You will be the coordinator of the full onboarding and induction process, interacting  with all other supporting services.   



Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Act as the onboarding champion for PwC Luxembourg within the global PwC network and translate the global recommendations into applicable material and policies;
  • Create and monitor various onboarding reports that fit the needs of teams involved in the process;
  • Ensure all communication and material for new joiners are accurate and up to date;
  • Be in charge of the continuous improvement of our onboarding process, tools and program;
  • Keep yourself updated on the onboarding market new trends.

Let’s talk about you. If you …

  • Have a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: HR, management); 
  • Know how to communicate appropriately and with assertiveness to a diverse group of stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage, monitor, track and report the activity;
  • Are client service oriented;
  • Manage time and deadline effectively;
  • Solve problems and suggest solutions;
  • Speak fluent English and French (mandatory).
