Project Manager

Good afternoon,

A client of mine, in the finance sector, are currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join them on a freelance mission.

This role will be 3 days a week onsite with 2 days remote, and an initial 6 month contract - with the possibility of further extensions.

The client is based in Luxembourg, and the daily rate is open depending on experience.

You will need to be a fluent English & French speaker, and available to start in the next 4 weeks.

Profile required:

- Create and regularly monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables in

with business analysts, developers and testers

- Manage and monitor project risks

- Monitor the recording of time spent by team members on projects

- Produce the necessary reporting: schedule, consumed vs. budgeted, risks

- Review user stories and bugs in Azure DevOps

- Prepare and lead kick-off meetings and project committees

- Prepare and lead retrospective meetings

- Experience with Agile methodology

- Experience with ITSM tool “ServiceNow” is an asset

- Experience with MS Project preferred

- Desired knowledge of Azure DevOps environment

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
