What You’ll Do

• Maintain and manage production applications and daily operational activities.
• Handle escalations, modify procedures, and lead 24x7 support and recovery coordination.
• Collaborate closely with Security Engineering partners to implement innovative, flexible solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
• Drive process improvement and automation to optimize network operations.

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of network troubleshooting with Palo Alto platforms.
• Proficiency in working with firewalls and DNS for seamless connectivity and security.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues with various vendors.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Background in the banking/financial or government sectors.
