Senior Java Consultant

We are seeking a talented professional to spearhead client's internal application; this pivotal role involves serving as a middleware/data integration expert, bridging the gap between client's trading application (front end - source data) and the backend finance applications, including ERP (SAP), Invoicing, accounting, and treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the entire development life cycle for internal application, including providing support for the existing applications.
• Demonstrate autonomy in development while collaborating effectively with the existing team.
• Utilize project management skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues with precision and employ analytical skills to optimize system performance.
• Leverage finance knowledge to contribute insights and enhancements to the application.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in Java 8, Spring, and Springboot.
• Strong command of SQL Server for efficient data management.
• Familiarity with Maven for build processes and GIT for source control.
• Experience with TDD and preferably someone who has done testing with Cucumber.
• Project management expertise.
• Minimum 12+Yrs exp in finance processes and applications / investment banking/ Trading platform
