Job Objectives

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of the t of a major transformation initiative. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure overall delivery of the project in compliance with governance processes and standards.
2. Lead project working groups and steering committees, providing clear guidance and updates.
3. Manage and engage senior stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and leadership updates.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
5. Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Key Requirements

1. 10-15 years of experience in the banking industry, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects and programs.
2. Extensive experience as a Project Manager, driving complex transformation initiatives.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
4. Good to have:

• Experience in data migration and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of data analytics and compliance domains, especially in AML-related projects.

1. Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AML and compliance frameworks in the banking sector.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
