A Performance Marketing Company are currently looking to hire a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to optimize ad performance and improve client outcomes.

This position will be require you to be onsite 4 days a week in their Long Island City Office

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy predictive ML models for key metrics like Ad Score and Ad Account Health.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform model development and optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement robust feature engineering pipelines.
• Rigorously evaluate model performance, track key metrics, and continuously improve model accuracy.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate ML solutions into our products.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and explore innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying predictive ML models in a production environment.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Strong data manipulation and feature engineering skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems and a strong work ethic.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with ad tech or marketing technology.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML models.
