Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cutting-edge AI systems for voice and text applications.
• Design and execute advanced prompt engineering strategies.
• Build domain-specific RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
• Develop and optimize speech-to-text and text-to-speech AI solutions.
• Create AI-powered workflows to enhance business processes.
• Establish testing frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems.
• Safeguard AI applications with security and privacy measures.
• Work cross-functionally to understand and deliver on business needs.
• Monitor and enhance AI system performance while managing costs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architectures and processes.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Must-Have:

• 2–3 years of experience developing production-ready AI applications.
• Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.
• Strong background in NLP, conversational AI, and RAG systems.
• Experience with voice AI technologies (e.g., STT/TTS) and voice user interface design.
• Deep understanding of AI security best practices and limitations.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience integrating AI into enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in conversational design and AI ethics.
