Tasks
Your regular tasks:
Define the Product Vision. Develop and clearly communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Ensure all stakeholders share this vision through effective communication and documentation.
Manage the Product Backlog. Develop, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive product backlog to guide development efforts. Continuously refine the backlog based on changing requirements and business needs.
Stakeholder Management. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate feedback into the product backlog.
Requirements, Defining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Development and releases. Ensuring product excellence is at the core of this role. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, guaranteeing product quality and adherence to company standards. This includes defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies, managing release processes, and addressing post-release issues promptly.
Decision Making. Make strategic feature decisions, manage project scope, and prioritize features based on business value and impact
Review Progress and Outcomes. Participate in sprint reviews and demos to assess product progress and gather feedback. Facilitate feedback sessions with the team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Market and User Research. Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy. Share insights with the team through training sessions and documentation.
Analytics. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in the product. This includes analyzing metrics like transaction times, success rates, and user behavior to identify bottlenecks and optimize user experience.
Communication with Partners/Payment Providers. Research and onboard new payment providers. Manage ongoing communication and data exchange with payment providers.
Documentation. Maintain comprehensive and accessible product documentation. Ensure all product information is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management roles within international enterprise technology companies: FinTech, PayTech, Hi-Tech, advanced or global e-commerce, SaaS, or IGaming sectors
- At least 10 years of overall experience in product and IT companies
- Proven track record of improving product commercial performance and user experience
- Advanced experience in complex web and mobile application development
- Proven expertise with UX/UI, including validation and redesign processes
- UX/UI excellence mindset and perfectionism
- Strong analytical skills and experience with product and conversion analytics tools
- Ability to gather and incorporate internal/external stakeholder feedback
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Basic marketing knowledge/experience to understand market dynamics and customer needs
- Master’s degree in marketing, management, computer science, engineering, analytics, or a related field
- Product management courses or certifications
