Junior Business Analyst (Global Product Hierarchy)

You are:  

• University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)
• Strong Analytical skills to enable Business Rules proposal
• Strong Excel, basic Power Automate – to enable efficient analysis and populating data
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
• Understanding of business processes
• Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
• English Upper Intermediate
  
  

 

With you we will:  

• Engage, collaborate, and coordinate alignment with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements (including Change Management) are met.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide relevant, timely updates to the Project Management team, Market, Category, Zone, SBU, and IT partners, focusing on risk identification and mitigation.
• Facilitate business rule creation in alignment with IT MD, SBU, and Category stakeholders.
• Ensure global attributes are populated as per solution and business requirements.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including process documentation, standards, guidelines, and user manuals to ensure sustainable operations at Market, Category, NBS levels.
• Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Execute timely Mass Maintenance template preparation as per validated business rules.
• Execute internal solution testing, documenting and addressing both internal and market test incidents to respective support teams.
• Facilitate end-user training and testing execution, ensuring readiness to go-live.
